Українське віршування ХVІІІ ст. в науковій рецепції Дмитра Чижевського

Abstract

У статті розглянуто працю вченого з української діаспори Дмитра Чижевського «Українське літературне бароко». Зокрема, проаналізовано віршознавчі елементи цього дослідження (які стосуються здебільшого вітчизняного вірша ХVІІІ ст.), уведено його припущення та твердження в контекст досягнень сучасного віршознавства. The article deals with the work of Dmytro Chyzhevsky, scientist of Ukrainian diaspora ‘Ukrainian literary baroque’, there were analyzed prosodic elements of the present research (related mainly to the native poetry of the 18th century), its assumptions and assertions are put into the context of achievements of the contemporary prosody. Particularly, the peculiarities of verse of Simon Todorsky, a little-known Ukrainian poet and translator of the 18th century, I. Velichkovsky’s mastery, especially in the plane of the rhyme, masculine rhyme in the evolution of male Ukrainian syllabic verse, enjambements in the works of I. Velichkovsky, Skovoroda and so on.
