Народнорозмовні елементи у творчості Івана Вишенського

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано особливості мови і стилю визначного українського письменника-полеміста Івана Вишенського, зокрема з’ясовано специфіку виявлення в його творчості народнорозмовних рис. The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of the language and style of a prominent Ukrainian writer and polemicist Ivan Vyshensky, in particular it deals with specifics of finding folk speech elements in his work. Creativity belongs to insufficiently studied features of Ivan Vyshensky style in the context of Ukrainian literary and language process. Paying tribute to the literary and linguistic traditions which prevailed in book publishing of Ukraine of the late XVIth – early XVII century and commending the traditional – Church Slavonic – language religious sphere Ivan Vyshensky was a brilliant innova­tor in the Ukrainian language. He and his literary creativity in preaching accelerated the process of intensive traditional bookish language approximation to the popular language of the Ukrainian folk. Vocabulary of Vyshensky works is thematically diverse, overwhelmed with expressive emotional images, occasional words, bright, elegant tropes.
