Теоретичні основи професійно-орієнтованого навчання іноземної мови у немовних ВНЗ України

Abstract

У статті розглядаються теоретичні аспекти вивчення іноземної мови в аграрних ВНЗ України. Виокремлено головні проблеми формування іншомовної професійної компетенції; розкрито основні положення, на основі яких будується схема навчання іноземній мові; дано визначення терміну «професійно-орієнтоване навчання», з’ясовано основні функції процесу професійно орієнтованого навчання іноземною мовою; виділено особливості навчання іноземних мов у немовних ВНЗ; проаналізовано основні підходи до навчання іноземної мови, які набувають особливої актуальності у зв’язку із зростаючою роллю іншомовного спілкування у професійній діяльності сучасних фахівців. In the article the problem of professional training under the conditions of reforming the system of higher education is considered. Learning a foreign language was defined one of the urgent tasks of modern education and science. The article deals with the theoretical aspects of studying a foreign language in agrarian universities of Ukraine. The main problems of formation of foreign language professional competence are singled out; the fundamental principles on the basis of which the scheme of teaching a foreign language is constructed are found out; the definition of the term "professionally-oriented learning" is given, the main functions of the process of professionally oriented learning in a foreign language are determined; features of teaching a foreign languages in non-English higher educational institutions are emphasized; the basic approaches to teaching a foreign language, which become especially relevant in connection with the growing role of foreign language communication in the professional activities of modern specialists are analyzed. The questions of enrichment and improvement of the language training methods at the present stage are emphasized. The basic laws of enrichment and improvement of the teaching concepts of the problems at the issue are considered. The conclusions about the ultimate goal of learning a foreign language in non-linguistic universities were drawn.
