Методичні аспекти проведення фізичної реабілітації хворих на хронічне обструктивне захворювання легень

Abstract

Хронічне обструктивне захворювання легень (ХОЗЛ) залишається однією з найважливіших проблем охорони здоров’я. Згідно з даними, опублікованими Світовим банком та ВООЗ, передбачається, що у 2020 р. вона вийде на 5-те місце за збитками, що наносяться хворобами в глобальному масштабі. Зважаючи на те, що ХОЗЛ – одна з провідних причин захворюваності та смертності в усьому світі, що призводить до істотного економічного й соціального збитку, виникає об’єктивна необхідність наукової розробки та впровадження концепції фізичної реабілітації цієї категорії пацієнтів. Тільки на підставі ретельного аналізу науково-методичної літератури та отриманих результатів обстеження хворих можливо розробити методичні аспекти для проведення фізичної реабілітації хворих на ХОЗЛ, які враховують основні завдання реабілітаційних заходів, методики, критерії дозування фізичного навантаження.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stays one of the most important diseases of health care. According to the data published by the World Bank and the World Health Organization, it is supposed that in 2020 it will take the fifth place according to the damage that is caused by diseases in global scale. Taking into account that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is one of the leading reasons of sickness rate and mortality in the whole world that leads to significant economic and social lass, appears objective necessity in scientific development and implementation of the concept of physical rehabilitation of this category of patients. Only on the basis of thorough analysis of scientific-methodological literature and obtained results of the examination of the ill it may be developed the methodological aspects for conducting of physical rehabilitation of the ill with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease that take into account the main tasks of rehabilitation measures, methodologies, criteria of dosing of physical loads.
