Методи дослідження концепту «Краса людини» в текстах англомовної художньої літератури

Abstract

У статті розглянуто й описано різні методи досліджень концептів, що трапляються в когнітивній лінгвіс¬тиці та лінгвокультурології, зокрема методи дослідження концепту КРАСА ЛЮДИНИ на матеріалі текстів художньої літератури з урахуванням семантичної структури досліджуваного концепту й у контексті національної культури. Акцентовано на методі компонентного аналізу та дефініційного аналізу, які використано для виявлення семантико-структурних подібностей і відмінностей ядерного номена концепту. The article deals with the analysis of various methods that are used in linguoculturology and cognitive linguistics, in the context of their application to study the concept of HUMAN BEAUTY based on the materials of English fiction texts with the emphasis on the semantic structure of the studied concept and the national cultural component. The main attention has been paid to the method of componential analysis and to the method of dictionary definitions which are used to identify semantic similarities and differences in the lexical verbilizers of the concept because lexicographic definition are precisely that material which is required to analyze the lexical groups within a certain number of semantic components. Definition of research methods of cultural concept remains at the moment the actual problem of linguoculturology and cognitive linguistics, as they have to cover the multidimensional and interdisciplinary features of verbalization, structuring and functioning of such concepts.
