Комунікативна інтенція в контексті категорійних величин синтаксису

Abstract

Витлумачення комунікативної інтенції як міжрівневої поняттєвої категорії, у якій виразно експлікується план змісту (інтенційні потреби мовця) та план форми (різнорангові мовні одиниці – репрезентанти певної інтенції), передбачає її зіставлення з термінообширом деяких синтаксичних категорій, детермінованих суб’єктивним чинником і пов’язаних із людиною – автором того чи того висловлення, носієм різноманітних психоментальних станів. У статті, зокрема, проаналізовано комунікативну інтенцію в контексті антропоцентричних катего-рій модальності та настанови, зазначено, що модальність має прямий стосунок до матеріального вираження інтенційних потреб мовної особистості, а настанова асоціюється зі структурою речення, з потенційною здатністю синтаксичної конструкції виражати певний мовленнєвий намір; обґрунтовано вершинний категорійний статус інтенції, її важливу роль в організації цілісного процесу комунікації; розглянуто категорію інтенції в ракурсі теорії актуального членування і мети висловлення; простежено диференціацію понять «комунікативна інтенція» і «функція». Interpretation of communicative intention as an interlayer conceptual category in which plane of content (the speaker’s intentional needs) and plane of form (different-rank linguistic units representative of specific intentions) are clearly explicated assumes its comparison with the term scope of some syntactic categories determined by the subjective factor and associated with the speaker as a carrier of various psycho-mental different states. The article, in particular, analyzes communicative intention in the context of anthropologically oriented categories of modality and attitude. It is indicated that modality is directly related to the material expression of the speaker’s intentional needs while attitude is associated with sentence structure and with the potential of a syntactic construction to express a specific speech intention. The higher categorical status of intention and its important role in the overall process of communication are established; the speaker’s intention is viewed from the perspective of the theory of actual division and purpose of utterance, the concepts of «communicative intention» and «function» are surveyed.
