Нормативно-методичне регулювання інформаційної діяльності державних архівів України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто нормативно-методичне регулювання інформаційної діяльності державних архівів України, що здійснюється задля забезпечення суспільства ретроспективною документною інформацією. Встановлено, що воно реалізується через нормативно-правові акти, які діють в архівній сфері на сучасному етапі розвитку архівної справи.The article addresses an issue of regulatory and methodical regulation of the information activity of the state archives of Ukraine. The basic types of the information activity are the receipt, preservation, usage and distribution of the archival information contained in the documents of the National archival fund of Ukraine. All types of the information activity are carried out basing on the regulatory and legal acts, applied in the archival sphere at the current stage of the development o the archivinga: Laws of Ukraine, Regulations and Decrees of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, Decrees and Executive Orders of the President of Ukraine, Regulations and Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Executive Orders of the Archival Service of Ukraine, etc.
