СПЕЦИФІКА ПІДГОТОВКИ ТА ПРОВЕДЕННЯ МАСОВИХ ЗАХОДІВ У ЗАКЛАДАХ ЗАГАЛЬНОЇ СЕРЕДНЬОЇ ОСВІТИ

Abstract

У статті висвітлюється специфіка підготовки та проведення масових заходів у закладах загальної середньої освіти. Досконало підготовлені та майстерно проведені масові заходи є ефективною формою виховної роботи. Вони сприяють створенню піднесеного, радісного настрою у вихованців, формуванню в них організаторських здібностей, розвитку пізнавальних інтересів, практичних умінь і навичок. Ефективність масових заходів залежить не лише від вдало обраної форми проведення, а й від методів і прийомів їх підготовки, врахування вікових та індивідуальних особливостей вихованців, дотримання правил техніки безпеки. При підготовці та проведенні масових заходів варто звертати увагу на такі аспекти: кожне свято має свою, саме йому притаманну ідею, свій сюжет, жанр, що й визначають його виховні пріоритети; захід не повинен бути перевантаженим і затягнутим; будь-який захід потребує ретельної підготовки, до якої має долучитись певна кількість помічників; свято має свою структуру, складовими елементами якої не варто нехтувати; здійснювати процес активності за допомогою прийомів та засобів активізації. Спільно вироблена позиція з приводу організації заходу, об’єднання всіх складових частин навколо головної мети, добір художнього матеріалу, виразних засобів, виконавців, колективне підведення й оцінка підсумків проведеної роботи ‒ все це сприятиме його ефективній організації. Thoroughly prepared and skillfully held mass events are an effective form of educational work. The effectiveness of the organization of extracurricular educational work largely depends on skillfully conducted educational parties, various in form, different in content and number of participants. They promote the creation of sublime, joyful mood among pupils, the formation of their organizational abilities, the development of cognitive interests and practical skills. The effectiveness of mass activities depends not only on successfully chosen form of their holding, but also on the methods and techniques of their preparation, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of pupil, compliance with safety rules. In the preparation and conduct of mass events, one should pay attention to the following aspects: each party has its own proper idea, its plot and genre which determine its educational priorities; the event must not be overloaded and dragged out; any festivity requires careful preparation, to which a certain number of assistants should join; the party has its own structure, the constituent elements of which should not be neglected; one should carry out the process of activity with the help of techniques and means of activation. Jointly developed position on the organization of the event, the unification of all the constituent parts around the main goal, selection of artistic material, expressive means, performers, collective summing up and evaluation of the results of the work performed - all this will contribute to its effective organization.
