ТЕХНОЛОГІЯ ЕКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОГО ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ РОЗВИТКУ КУЛЬТУРИ МІЖНАЦІОНАЛЬНОГО СПІЛКУВАННЯ МАЙБУТНІХ ПЕДАГОГІВ

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано науково-педагогічну літературу, присвячену проблемі формування культури міжнаціонального спілкування майбутніх педагогів. Описано основні напрями дослідження поняття «культура міжнаціонального спілкування майбутніх педагогів» (розглядаючи її як інтегративну характеристику толерантної особистості, що відображає ставлення суб’єкта до самого себе як представника певної нації, сприймання системи цінностей іншої нації, уміння налагоджувати доброзичливі стосунки та дотримуватися загальнолюдських норм моралі, оволодіння специфічними знаннями особливостей інших культур і розкривається в адекватному поводженні з людьми різних націй). Дослідження особливостей розвитку культури міжнаціонального спілкування майбутніх педагогів супроводжується використанням сучасної технології науково-педагогічних досліджень, що включає: визначення критеріїв та рівнів сформованості культури міжнаціонального спілкування; діагностування сформованості культури міжнаціонального спілкування; виявлення відмінностей у значеннях досліджуваної ознаки з використанням статистичних критеріїв різної потужності. The scientific and pedagogical literature, devoted to the problem of the international communication culture forming of future pedagogues has been analyzed in the article. The main directions of the investigation of the concept “the international communication culture of future pedagogues” have been described. It is considered as the integrative characteristic of a tolerant personality, which reflects the attitude of the subject to himself as a representative of a certain nation, perception of the system of another nation’s values, the ability to establish benevolent relationships and adhere to universal human moral standards, specific knowledge of the characteristics of other cultures mastering and is revealed in the adequate treatment of people of different nations. The exploring of international communication culture of future pedagogues development features is accompanied by the use of modern technology of scientific and pedagogical research, including: determine criteria and levels of international communication culture forming; diagnosing of international communication culture forming; the discovery of differences in the values of the investigated feature by using statistical criteria of different power.
