ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ МУЗИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ СЬОГОДНІ

Abstract

В статті проаналізовано і охарактеризовано сучасні підходи по дослідженню становлення народної музичної культури як у психолого-педагогічній, музикознавчій, методичній літературі. Завдання духовного оновлення суспільства, його культури і традицій висувають високі вимоги до професійної підготовки вчителя музичного мистецтва. Вивчення матеріалів, пов'язаних з кардинальними проблемами мистецтва і музичної педагогіки, допоможе майбутнім вчителям музичного мистецтва підвищити рівень своєї освіти, розширити загально мистецький і професійний кругозір. Підкреслено важливість нових підходів до розуміння ролі культури в розвитку особистості і суспільства, до ролі держави як гаранта сприятливих умов розвитку культури. Описується, що глобалізація сприяє розширенню культурних контактів, однак при цьому важливо враховувати як позитивні, так і негативні явища. Зазначено що, явно до негативного наслідку може привести процес асиміляції, в результаті якого цілком імовірна небезпека розчинення і втрати самобутності народної музичної культури. Наголошується на тому, що в сучасному суспільстві турбота про збереження культурних традицій стала оцінюватися як найважливіше завдання. Зазначається, що у сучасній культурології намітилися принципово нові підходи до формування культурної політики, яка включена в проблемне соціальне поле з реальною економічною залежністю. Підкреслено важливість на необхідності науково обґрунтованого планомірного підходу до створення сприятливих умов для процвітання народної художньої культури з ціллю його поширення в суспільстві і ефективного впливу на людей.The article analyzes and characterizes modern approaches to the study of the formation of folk musical culture as in the psychological, educational, musicological, methodical literature. The task of the spiritual renewal of society, its culture and traditions places high demands on the professional training of a teacher of musical art. The study of materials related to the cardinal problems of art and musical pedagogy will help future teachers of musical art to raise the level of their education, expand their general artistic and professional horizons. The importance of new approaches to understanding the role of culture in the development of the individual and society, to the role of the state as a guarantor of favorable conditions for the development of culture was emphasized. It is described that globalization contributes to the expansion of cultural contacts, but it is important to consider both positive and negative phenomena. It is stated that, obviously, a process of assimilation may lead to negative consequences, as a result of which the danger of dissolution and loss of the originality of folk musical culture is quite probable. It is emphasized that in modern society, concern for the preservation of cultural traditions has been evaluated as the most important task. It is noted that in modern culturology, fundamentally new approaches have emerged to the formation of cultural policy, which is included in the problematic social field with real economic dependence. The importance was stressed of the need for a scientifically based and planned approach to the creation of favorable conditions for the prosperity of folk art culture in order to spread it in society and effectively influence people.
