| Abstract: | Розглядаються роль і прояви міфологічного мислення в сучасній культурі на прикладі міста Луцька. Вказується, що простір сучасного міста семиотично, наповнено знаками. Його розуміння стає доступним для жителя міста через міф. Аналізуються певні просторово-часові координати міфологічного образу міста і його частин, окремих місць. Розглядається архетипічна модель світу з властивим їй діленням світу на "впорядкований" і "хаотичний". Опозиції міста утворюють проекцію міського простору в простір культури, яка, у свою чергу, сприяє утворенню нових міських міфів. Досліджується питання адаптації міфологічного мислення до техногенного життя міста, зокрема раціоналізація явищ, що сприймаються як надприродні. Аналізуються найбільш яскраві приклади новітніх міфів в контексті останніх соціокультурних процесів. |
| Sponsorship: | The paper examines the role and existence of mythological thinking in modern culture in the example of Lutsk city. The author points that the space of the modern city is semiotic, filled with signs. Its understanding becomes perspicuous to peoples through myth. This article analyzes certain space-time coordinates of the mythological image of the city and its parts, the separated sites. We consider the archetypal model of the world with its dividing into “orderly” and “chaotic” parts. The opposition of the city forms a projection of the urban space into a space of culture, which furthers the formation of new urban myths. We study the adaptation of the mythological thinking to man-made city life. Predominantly rationalization of phenomenas seen as supernatural. The paper analyzes the most striking examples of new myths in the context of recent socio-cultural processes. |
