Артпедагогіка та коучинг як інноваційні технології творчого розвитку студентів

Abstract

У статті розглянуто артпедагогіку та коучинговий підхід в освіті як інноваційні педагогічні технології, що сприяють розвитку творчого потенціалу студентів; схарактеризовані особливості означених технологій; запропоновані прийоми коуч-технологій для формування у студентів вмінь та навиків цілевизначення, планування та рефлексії - «Колеса життєвого балансу», «Шкали досягнення цілі «від 1 до 10»» та «Лінії часу»; наведені приклади використання педагогом відкритих запитань у коучинг-підході; зазначено перспективність інтеграції артпедагогіки та коучингу в освіті.The article discusses some of the innovative educational technologies – art pedagogics and coaching. These are flexible and specifically applicable tools, which arouse interest and receive appreciation. Art pedagogics is a new pedagogical technology which deals with all possible art methods by teaching of all subjects. Using this innovative pedagogics on the lessons develops creative features of students, their self-confidence and independence. Coaching is an area in which focus is on developing yourselves – we get faced with our limitations and barriers. Our own development translates at every level of our lives, enriching it and strengthening our confidence. Educational coaching becomes more and more popular because it develops creativity, independence and regulatory abilities of students, namely, skills goal setting, planning and reflection. Interesting and is a combination of art pedagogics and an educational coaching – art coaching, which is at the beginning of its way to become an innovative pedagogical technology. The article observes some coaching techniques, which can be used in education.
