| Abstract: | У статті удосконалено коефіцієнтну методику та здійснено оцінку трудового потенціалу регіону. Виявлено тенденції зміни трудового потенціалу Волинської області, проблеми, які потрібно вирішити. Розроблено загальні підходи та запропоновано заходи щодо нарощування трудового потенціалу Волинської області. In the article is improved coefficient method and the estimation of labour potential of region is carried out. Found out the tendencies of change of labour potential of the Volyn region, problems which need to be decided. General approaches are developed and measures are offered on the increase of labour potential of the Volyn region. |
