| Abstract: | У статті подані результати дослідження теоретичних аспектів державних соціальних допомог, запропонована уніфікована класифікація їх видів, уточнене визначення поняття. Для вдосконалення законодавства та підвищення рівня соціальної захищеності громадян запропоновано створити кодифікований правовий акт.In the article results of research of theoretical aspects of state social aid are given, compatible classification of their kinds is proposed, definition of concept is specified. For the improvement of legislation and increasing the level of social protection of citizens is suggested to create a kodified legal act. |
