| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто проблему організації та напрямів діяльності міської ради – магістратського органу управління Луцьком, що утворився після надання місту магдебурзького права. Висвітлено юрисдикцію та функції ради. На основі архівних джерел показано систему обрання радців. Ключові слова: магдебурзьке право, Луцьк, рада, міська громада. The article deals the problem of organization and measures of activities of the council – institute of town-governing founded after granting the Magdeburg law to Lutsk. It shows jurisdiction and functions of council. Archival material adds to the elections of council members. |
