Напрями еволюції аграрного права України в контексті СОТ та ЄС

Abstract

У статті висвітлюються питання напрямів еволюції аграрного права України у контексті вимог СОТ та ЄС. Приєднання України до Світової організації торгівлі фактично стало приєднанням до наявної в цій організації системи прав та обов’язків, значна частина яких стосується питання захисту інтересів національних виробників. Зберігаючи право захищати своїх виробників, країна зобов’язується робити це відповідно до правил і процедур, установлених СОТ та ЄС. Вступ України до СОТ знаменує не лише новий етап економічного розвитку країни. В історії Українського народу як суб’єкта права власності на землю, яка є основним національним багатством, що перебуває під особливою охороною держави, цю подію потрібно розцінювати як один із ключових чинників впливу на суспільну свідомість і формування правосвідомості щодо відомих стереотипів, уявлень, поглядів, ідей, переконань кожного на участь держави в різних міжнародних організаціях із питань економічного, соціального, екологічного та іншого спрямування. The article highlights the issues of the Ukrainian Agricultural Law evolution trends in the context of the WTO and EU requirements. Ukraine's accession to the World Trade Organization has in fact marked its accession to the existing system of rights and obligations in this organization, a large part of which concerns the issue of protecting the interests of the native producers. While retaining the right to protect its producers, the country promises to do it in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the WTO and the EU. Ukraine's accession to the WTO has initiated not only a new stage in the country's economic development. This event is very important for the Ukrainian people who are subjects of land ownership and consider it the main national wealth, which is under the special protection of the state. The author regards the fact of joining WTO as the key factor influencing the formation of new public consciousness and developing citizens' legal awareness of the stereotypes as to the participation of the Ukrainian state in various international organizations on economic, social, environmental and other issues.
