Зарубіжний досвід проектування туристичних маршрутів за універсальним дизайном

Abstract

Узагальнено теоретичні напрацювання щодо поняття доступного туризму. Здійснено аналіз установлених вимог до проектування туристичних маршрутів для людей з особливими потребами. Уточнено визначення поняття універсального дизайну. Проаналізовано основні теоретичні напрацювання з проблематики дослідження. Охарактеризовано сім принципів універсального дизайну та визначено їх роль у розвитку доступного туризму. Опрацьовано дані Конвенції ООН про права людей з інвалідністю. Розглянуто наявний досвід США у розробці керівних вимог та стандартів створення сприятливого середовища для потреб людей з особливими потребами. Вивчено основні вимоги для проектування туристичних піших маршрутів(рекреаційних стежок) за універсальним дизайном. Подано характеристику основних вимог доступного туризму.

Theoretical work on the concept of accessible tourism is generalized. The analysis of the established requirements for the design of tourist routes for people with special needs has been made. Definition of the concept of universal design is specified. The basic theoretical works on the problems of research are analysed. The seven principles of universal design are described and their role in the development of accessible tourism is determined. The data of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities has been processed. US experience in developing guidelines and standards for creating an enabling environment for the needs of people with disabilities are analyzed. The main requirements for the design of hiking trails (recreational trails) for universal design are characterized. The characteristic of the basic requirements of an accessible tourist route is given. Signs and symbols that should accompany tourists throughout the route are described. The experience of public organizations of Ukraine, which introduce inclusions in the tourism industry аre characterized. The main problems that impede the creation of appropriate conditions for the development of accessible tourism are determined.
