Abstract: У статті розкрито практичні аспекти франчайзингу торгівельних підприємств на конкретному прикладі, виокремлено позитивні і негативні тенденції щодо його розвитку.In the modern economic space the scheme of sales of goods and services on the terms of franchising is gaining popularity. Typically, such relationships are built between foreign owners of well-known brands (trademarks, trademarks), interested in their distribution in the country, and entrepreneurs who seek to reduce risk and level of investment compared with doing business under their own brand. Franchising is a high-speed system for better advertising of your own business. His purchase allows you to save up to five years of development if you were doing your own business from scratch. Many start-up companies do not even have two years of competition on the market. The brand, due to its popularity, will quickly attract customers to you. Do not have to waste time gaining the confidence of their consumers - this is already done by the franchisor. It remains only to maintain a reputation at the proper level. Franchising (commercial concession) – technology of organization and conduct of network business, based on the partnership contractual relations between the franchisor and the franchisee. Consider the basic categorical concepts from the practical side of franchising. Franchisor is a company that has developed and in practice proved its business success and is developing a network with the help of independent franchise companies, which are contractually transferred to the right to use trademarks, knowhow and business secrets. Franchisee is a franchising company that uses the experience and technology of the franchisor when creating and developing its business. Franchise is an agreement concluded between a franchisee (you) and a franchisor (a certain trading group). It allows you to use a company brand to grow your business. The franchisor submits to the independent company (franchisee) the right to sell the goods under the trademark «Vapok-Express» in exchange for the obligations: - to keep the quality of the goods provided to the population. For the sale of goods under the franchisor's scheme, the franchisee receives a free business system with all the technologies, instructions, recommendations and other materials that allows the company to work efficiently and earn enough, even in the absence of business expertise and knowledge in the retail sector; -use of company technology; - work on the developed scheme of sales of goods.
