ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ СТУДЕНТІВ ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТЕЙ ЗАСОБАМИ КРИТИЧНОГО МИСЛЕННЯ

Abstract

Інтеграція України в Європейський освітній простір зумовила суттєві зміни в цілях, змісті та результатах функціонування національної системи освіти. Головне завдання сучасних закладів освіти – підготувати компетентну особистість, здатну знаходити правильні рішення в навчальних, життєвих та професійних ситуаціях. Особливо важливою є підготовка нової генерації мобільних, творчих, конкурентоспроможних на ринку праці фахівців педагогічних спеціальностей, підвищення їх загальнонаукового, загальнокультурного та професійного рівнів, оскільки суспільство висуває нові підвищені вимоги до їх особистості, професійної культури та професійних якостей. У сучасного педагога має бути сформована особистісна, психологічна та професійна готовності до опанування новими сучасними технологіями навчання та здатність творчо їх впроваджувати в освітній процес. Тому в сучасній освіті існує теоретичний та практичний інтерес до проблеми формування професійної компетентності майбутніх педагогів. У статті автор здійснив аналіз стандартів підготовки фахівців педагогічних спеціальностей та охарактеризував основні види компетентностей у структурі професійної компетентності майбутніх педагогів. Автор розглядає критичне мислення як один із шляхів формування професійної компетентності студентів педагогічних спеціальностей.The integration of Ukraine into the European educational space causes important changes in the purposes, the content and results of the functioning of the national education system. The main task of the modern educational institutes is to prepare a competent person is able to find the right solution in the educational, life and professional situations. The most important part is preparation of the new generation of mobile, creative, competitive specialists at the labor market of the pedagogical specialties, increase their general scientific, general cultural and professional levels, because the society demonstrates new high demands on their personality, professional culture and professional qualities. Modern educator must have a personal, psychological and professional readiness to master new modern learning technologies and the ability to implement them creatively in the educational process. That is why, in modern education there is a theoretical and practical interest in the problem of forming the professional competence of future teachers. In this article an author analyzed standarts of preparation of specialists in pedagogical specialties and characterized the main types of competencies in the structure of professional competence of future teachers. The author believes that the necessary level of development of the general competencies that are important for successful further professional and social activity of the applicant, his personal development is a prerequisite for the future professional education of future teachers. Special (professional) competencies distinguish the teacher among other teachers. They are: subjective, psychological, pedagogical, methodical, professional-communicative, design, organizational competence. The author considers critical thinking as one of the ways of forming the professional competence of students of pedagogical specialties and gives a number of its important key characteristics that contribute to the formation of professional competence of future specialists.
