ІННОВАЦІЙНИЙ ДИСКУРС ПІДГОТОВКИ ФАХІВЦІВ НА МЕЖІ НОВОЇ ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНОЇ РЕВОЛЮЦІЇ

Abstract

В статті, на основі аналізу імплементації Концепції розвитку національної інноваційної системи, констатується про достатньо низький рівень її ефективності. Головною причиною цього є непослідовна та низька результативність державної та освітньо-наукової та інноваційної політики. Визначені основні проблеми та завдання інноваційної діяльності в контексті технологічної революції. Доведено, що Україна потребує сьогодні нової за змістом стратегії розвитку інновації, яка має об`єднати зусилля влади, бізнесу, освіти і науки та стати результатом діалогу між ними. Окреслені місце та роль освітньо-наукової підсистеми в національній стратегії розвитку інновацій та визначені основні завдання вищої школи в контексті підготовки інноваційно орієнтованих фахівців. On the basis of the implementation of the Concept development of the National Innovation System analysis, it is stated in the article that its efficiency is rather low. The main reason for this is the inconsequent and low effectiveness of state, educational-scientific and innovative policies. The basic problems and tasks of innovative activity in the context of technological revolution are determined. It is proved that today Ukraine requires a new by its content innovation development strategy, which should unite the efforts of state authority, business, education and science and become the result of the dialogue between them. In the context of innovative-oriented specialists training the place and role of the educational-scientific subsystem in the national innovation development strategy are distinguished and the main tasks of higher school are defined.
