МОДЕЛЬ РОЗВИТКУ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ КЕРІВНИКІВ ЗАКЛАДІВ ЗАГАЛЬНОЇ СЕРЕДНЬОЇ ОСВІТИ НА ЗАСАДАХ ҐЕНДЕРНОГО ПІДХОДУ

Abstract

У статті описано модель розвитку організаційної культури керівників закладів загальної середньої освіти на засадах ґендерного підходу. Зосереджено увагу на концептуальній, змістовій, процесуальній, структурно-суб’єктній, діагностико-корекційній та результативній складових вказаної моделі. Детально проаналізовано алгоритм роботи з розвитку організаційної культури керівників закладів загальної середньої освіти у системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти.The model of secondary educational establishments’ leaders’ organizational culture development according to gender approach is described in the article. The attention is concentrated on the concept component, the content component, the process component, the structure-subject component, the diagnostic-correction component, and the result component of the given model. The algorithm of secondary educational establishments’ leaders’ organizational culture development in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education is analyzed in details.
