| Abstract: | Досліджено процес легітимації волинської шляхти в ході другого та третього поділів Речі Посполитої. Проаналізовано нормативно-правові підстави та процедуру отримання дворянського статусу жителями Правобережної України. Вивчено підстави, що давали право волинському шляхтичу отримати російське дворянство. The process of legitimizing the Volyn gentry during the second and third divisions of the Commonwealth has been investigated. The normative-legal grounds and the procedure for obtaining noble status by residents of the Right-Bank Ukraine are analyzed. The bases, which gave the Volyn gentry the right to receive Russian nobility, were studied. |
