Змістовий потенціал навчальних дисциплін професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів початкової школи до організації дозвілля школярів

Abstract

У статті аналізується змістовий потенціал навчальних дисциплін професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів початкової школи до організації дозвілля молодших школярів. Під дозвіллям молодших школярів розуміється діяльність дитини у вільний час, обрана за власними інтересами і нахилами, яка приносить їй моральне задоволення і, в якій вона може проявити себе як особистість. Під підготовкою майбутнього вчителя початкової школи до організації дозвілля молодших школярів розуміємо цілеспрямований процес формування в студентів системи загальних та фахових компетентностей організації різних видів дозвіллєвої діяльності учнів з врахуванням їх віку, бажань та інтересів. Здійснено аналіз змістового наповнення навчальних програм професійної підготовки студентів – майбутніх вчителів початкової школи, який засвідчив відображення у них усіх змістових сегментів, необхідних для формування системи знань, умінь і навичок організації дозвілля учнів. Водночас виявлено домінуючим в процесі професійної підготовки є формування компетентностей когнітивного характеру, спрямованих на загальну обізнаність із дозвіллям, його сутнісними характеристиками, основними видами дозвілля молодших школярів. The article analyzes the content potential of educational disciplines for professional training of future primary school teachers for organization of leisure time for junior schoolchildren. The leisure time of junior schoolchildren is considered to be the activity of a child in his\her free time, which is chosen by one’s own interests and inclinations, which brings moral satisfaction and in which one can approve as personality. The training of future primary school teachers for the organization of leisure time for junior schoolchildren is considered as a purposeful process of forming the system of general and professional competencies of students for organizing different kinds of leisure activities of children, which are based on their age, desires and interests. It is noted that the content of the preparation of future primary school teachers for the organization of leisure time of children depends on many factors ( the needs of society, school, extracurricular institutions and other social institutions) and, also, on the necessity to implement a person-oriented system of personality education into real practice. There was carried out the analysis of content of the educational programs, of professional training of students – future teachers of primary school, which testified the reflection in them of all semantic segments, which are necessary for the formation of a system of knowledge, skills and exercises of organization leisure time for children. At the same time, it is revealed that the formation of competencies of a cognitive nature, which are directed at the general students’ knowledge of leisure time, its essential characteristics, basic types of leisure activities for junior schoolchildren is the dominant aspect of professional training.
