Теоретичне обгрунтування закономірностей становлення професійної кар’єри майбутніх фахівців з міжнародної інформації

Abstract

У статті висвітлено теоретико-методологічні аспекти закономірностей становлення професійної кар’єри майбутніх фахівців з міжнародної інформації. Показано основні підходи щодо тлумачення феномену професійної кар’єри. Розкрито сучасні підходи до моделювання процесу кар’єрного самовизначення майбутніх фахівців з міжнародної інформації. Виділені компоненти в структурі кар’єрного самовизначення (мотиваційний, стратегічний, когнітивний, емоційний, діяльнісний). Відповідно до визначених характеристик, схарактеризовано групи студентської молоді щодо типу кар’єрних стратегій. Вивчення професійної діяльності фахівців з міжнародної інформації дозволило виділити етапи становлення професійної кар’єри майбутніх фахівців. The article coverage theoretical and methodological aspects of the regularities of the formation of professional careers of future specialists of international information. Showed the basic point of view to the interpretation of the phenomenon of professional career. It is based on different approaches to the definition of the notions of «career», «professional career», «professional growth of a teacher» and the results of the practical research into the attitude of students to the problem under study. Disclosed the modern point of view to modeling the process of career self-determination of future specialists of international information, which includes the following elements: personal creativity, creativity, creativity within the Group. Selected components in the structure of career self-determination (motivational, strategical, cognitive, emotional, activity). According to the certain characteristics, describes groups of students about the type of career strategies. Study of the professional activity of specialists of international information allowed to select stages of formation of the professional career of future specialists. Characterized as four types are behaviors that are inherent in the different groups of students in the process of career self-determination.
