| Abstract: | Проаналізовано стан формування житлового фонду в країні. Розкрито динаміку вартості житла на первинному та вторинному ринках в обласних центрах України. Здійснено оцінку стану конкурентних відносин на ринку житлової нерухомості та виявлено їх фінансову складову. Запропоновано шляхи збільшення конкурентних можливостей на ринку житлового будівництва. This paper analyzes the formation of the housing stock in the country. Reveals the dynamics of housing in the primary and secondary markets in regional centers of Ukraine. The assessment of the state of competition on the national real estate market and found their financial component. Ways of increasing competitive opportunities in the market housing. |
