Особливості використання стратегій і тактик об’єктом примирення у процесі мовленнєвої взаємодії

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню сутності та функціонування мовленнєвих стратегій і тактик у ситуаціях з комунікативно-прагматичною установкою «примирення». Розглянуто основні лінгвістичні підходи до трактування понять «стратегія» і «тактика», зроблено спробу дати власне визначення цих термінів, а також виокремити основні мовленнєві стратегії і тактики, що застосовуються об’єктом примирення у ситуаціях зі спрямованістю спілкування на конструктивне завершення конфліктної взаємодії. The article is devoted to the study of the nature and functioning of speech strategies and tactics in the communicative situations aimed at constructive conflict resolution. The interpretation of the concepts of strategy and tactics from the perspective of cognitive, communicative and pragmatic linguistics has been studied. The factors which affect the choice of particular speech strategies and tactics have been specified. The author has made an attempt to give the definition of the terms «strategy» and «tactics», as well as to sort out the main speech strategies and tactics used by the object of reconciliation in the situations communicatively and pragmatically aimed at constructive conflict resolution.
