Сучасна соціокультурна ситуація та проблема освіти

Abstract

У статті висвітлено проблему освіти у зв’язку з визначальними характеристиками сучасності. Зазначено, що ними є: принципова невизначеність ключових параметрів соціокультурного середовища; зорієнтованість на майбутнє; доступність соціокультурного досвіду людства в його розмаїтті. Зроблено висновок, що в цій ситуації перед освітою постає проблема підготовки не функціонально підготовленої особи, а індивідуальності, здатної діяти в невизначених ситуаціях, тобто в ситуаціях, які вимагають творчих рішень. The problem of education in relation to the main characteristics of modernity is indicated in current paper. These characteristsics are: the fundamental uncertainty of basic parameters in sociocultural environment, the orientation to the future and the availability of social and cultural experience of humanity in its diversity. The sociocultural environment is essentially undefined in its fundamental principles. Thus, the orientation to the future is changed the way of individual and collective existence. The national system of education is mostly in that sociocultural space, where the semantic fullness was inherited from the Enlightenment. New sociocultural challenges devalue its effectiveness in order to give the appropriate feedback to reality. The current sociocultural reality actualizes the problem of creativity. The last one forms the task of preparing not only functionally prepared person, but such who is able to act in uncertain situations. This view may be called the general theory. As to the concrete questions, we can see that the main issue in our country is not only the fundamentalization or the functionalization of education, but also the question of sociocultural role. It means the necessity of choosing the way: to be the ethnographic material for someone civilization constructs or to be the unauthorized actor in historical drama.
