Особливості підготовки майбутніх педагогів до науково-дослідної роботи

Abstract

Науково-дослідна робота майбутніх педагогів є невід’ємною складовою їх професійної підготовки. Стаття присвячена аналізу ключових понять та етапів здійснення науково-педагогічного дослідження. На основі аналізу наукової літератури подано характеристику сутності методології педагогіки та її розвитку, структури, організації та проведення науково-педагогічного дослідження. Мета статті полягає у висвітленні узагальнених особливостей підготовки майбутніх педагогів до науково-дослідної роботи в педагогічному дискурсі, обґрунтуванні ефективних умов успіху досліджуваного процесу. У статті висвітлено специфіку організації науково-педагогічного дослідження як процесу пізнання об’єкта чи процесу в галузі освіти, що реалізується за допомогою взаємопов’язаних методів.

The research work of future teachers is an integral part of their professional training. The article is devoted to the analysis of key concepts and stages of scientific and pedagogical research. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, the characteristics of the essence of the methodology of pedagogy and its development, structure, organization and conduct of scientific and pedagogical research are presented. The purpose of the article is to highlight the generalized features of the preparation of future teachers for research work in pedagogical discourse, to substantiate the effective conditions for the success of the process under study. The article highlights the specifics of the organization of scientific and pedagogical research as a process of cognition of an object or process in the field of education, which is implemented using interrelated methods. Attention is focused on three levels of scientific and pedagogical research: empirical, theoretical, methodological, their content characteristics are characterized in detail. The peculiarities of the development of the research concept, which involves the identification of contradictions, the definition of the research problem, the definition of its purpose and objectives, the formation of criteria for the reliability of scientific knowledge, the specification of the scientific apparatus (object of research, subject of research, purpose, stages, forms of organization, content of education) are revealed
