Ділова гра в системі методів активного навчання магістрів дошкільної освіти

Abstract

У статті розглянуто поняття «ділова гра». Акцентовано, що ділова гра є одним із дієвих методів активного навчання та інноваційним методом. Окреслено особливості та функціональне навантаження ділової гри у підготовці магістра дошкільної освіти. Виокремлено суттєву специфіку ділової гри – гуманістичну спрямованість. Ділова гра на практичних і семінарських заняттях не данина моді, а нагальна потреба, зумовлена сучасними викликами і вимогами суспільства до фахівця дошкільної освіти. Інструментарій діяльності викладача й студентів при проведенні ділових ігор досить різноманітний: використання різних пошукових завдань, проблемних ситуацій, вправ, пошук інформації, підготовка запитань і відповідей, методичного обладнання тощо. Пріоритетною ознакою ділової гри визначено моделювання професійної діяльності майбутнього фахівця дошкільної освіти. Автором зроблені виважені висновки, накреслені перспективи подальших досліджень. The article deals with the conception of “business game”. It is accented that “business game” is an innovative and one of the most effective methods of active teaching. The author defines the main peculiarities and functional trend of “business game” in the preparation of master`s degree of a pre-school education. It is stressed on the essential specific of business game- its humanistic aim. Particularly іt is determined the essential specificity of the business game-humanistic orientation. The essence of the business game as an imitation method of active teaching consists in the need to make managerial decisions in various situations according to the pre-defined rules by the participants themselves. The expediency of using a business game is explained by the humanistic orientation of this method, which is determined by the implementation of the principle of motivation and stimulation of the educational activities of each student. An important condition for the humanistic orientation of the business game is equality, cooperation, cooperation of all participants in the educational process. The logic of organization of classes with the use of business games also provides the discovery of students' knowledge of preschool child psychology, of pedagogy of family education, of pedagogical skill, of new technologies, of methodology of educational work, etc. The business game on practical and seminar classes is not a tribute to the fashion, but an urgent need, due to modern challenges and requirements of society to a specialist in pre-school education. The tools of the activities of the teacher and students during business games are quite diverse: the use of various search tasks, problem situations, exercises, information search, preparation of questions and answers, methodological equipment, etc. A priority feature of the business game is the modeling of the professional activity of a future pre-school education specialist. As the potential of the business game is a powerful factor in the self-fulfillment, growth and improvement of the professionalism of specialist. The balanced conclusions and perspectives for further research are given in the article.
