Розвиток регіональних ринків праці України в умовах євроінтеграційних перспектив

Abstract

Визначення євроінтгераційної перспективи як пріоритетного напрямку подальшого розвитку поставило Україну перед об’єктивною необхідністю приведення умов функціонування загальнодержавного та регіональних ринків праці у відповідність до вимог Євросоюзу й узгодження тенденції їх розвитку із загальноєвропейськими. Являючи собою систему соціально-трудових відносин між роботодавцями, населенням, державою, профспілками та іншими суб’єктами щодо узгодження інтересів між ними на основі дії законів попиту й пропозиції на робочу силу ринок праці поєднує економічну і соціальну сферу, визначаючи тим самим рівень економічного розвитку та якість життя населення. Determination of the eurointegration perspective as a priority direction for further development has put Ukraine in front of the objective need to bring the conditions of functioning of the national and regional labor markets in line with the requirements of the European Union and harmonize the tendencies of their development with the European ones. Being a system of social and labor relations between employers, the population, the state, trade unions and other actors on the coordination of interests between them, based on the laws of labor and labor supply, the labor market combines the economic and social spheres, thus determining the level of economic development and quality of life of the population.
