З’ясовано специфіку використання авторкою діалектних елементів. Phonetics of Podlasie dialects, including specificity of long vowels relaxation, particularity of consonants depalatalization, differences in the frequency of certain consonants usage and effects of combinatorial sound change are fully and systematically reflected in the works of Ukrainian poet from the North Podlasie (Poland) Justine Korolko. The phonetic level phenomena allowed to qualify the dialect used in the texts as an archaic North Ukrainian. J. Korolko not only attempted to use certain dialect elements or imitation of dialect speech. Her works are written in Podlasie dialect, which essentially serves as a literary language. The texts fully represent the North Podlasie Ukrainian dialects and can be successfully used as a material for dialectological studies.

Визначено структуру, семантику, частиномовну належність оказіональних утворень, встановлено найбільш продуктивні способи оказіонального словотворення в мові прози письменника. З’ясовано стилістичний потенціал індивідуально-авторських новотворів та особливості їх використання з метою стилізації розмовності та оновлення й збагачення образних ресурсів художніх творів письменника. In the article the linguo-stylistic analysis, clucked in the fiction prose texts of Mykhailo Stel’makh is implemented. Here one can see the defined structure, semantics, the fixed reference of the language definition formation of the occasional type, the classified most productive ways of the word-building of the occasional type in the author’s prose language. This article also contains the out view of the stylistic potential of the individual and author’s neologisms and the peculiarities of their use when styling the colloquial style speech and refreshing and enriching the image resources of the author’s works.

На основі аналізованого матеріалу виявлено й описано основні типи синтаксичних структур метафор, що є основою поетичних текстів Василя Голобородька. Metaphorical appearances will be realized in different syntactic constructions, because of Chat on the basis of analysis of actual material select a verbal metaphor, genitivnuyu, epitetnuyu, metaphor-text. The article analyzes the villages nicknames Krymno, Lyubohiny, Mokroje, Rudnia, Smolary in Starovyzhivskiy district of Volyn region and in the application submitted antroponimny material for the Dictionary of Volyn nicknames. In the article investigational semantika of punctuation signs in dramaturgic texts Lesya Ukrainian, namely in the «Lisova Pisnya», their intercommunication with the specific of speech of characters, functional status of dominant punctuation signs is certain in different communicative situations. A tipological static punctuation picture is noted in speech of separate actings persons. It touches the vocal conduct of Aquatic, uncle Leva. The dynamics of punctuation signs reflects speech of Mermaid, Mavki, Lukasha, mothers of Lukasha and Kiliny. It is set that substantial role at forming of punctuation picture, which represents the vocal conduct of separate addressee, belongs also to the factor of addressee, emotional state of character and communicative situation.

The structural and semantic, functional and stylistic features of paraphrase in modern publicistic discourse have been analyzed, their aesthetic and imaginative descriptions and mechanisms of creation have been identified; the main thematic groups within which a paraphrasing takes place have been examined in the article. The results of the study of the functioning of the trope in modern publicistic discourse give reason to believe that the paraphrase is a semantic equivalent of the described phenomenon; it has emotional and evaluative character and promotes the expression of speech. Active use of paraphrase in the language of journalism is predetermined by the ability of trope to be an instrument of influence on the reader.

The article analyzes structural and semantic features of persons’ nominations found in the sixteenth century Volyn charters. The examples of legal writing are of vital importance in the history of literary language whose research is based on the sixteenth century business style material and permits the scientists to study deeper peculiarities of Ukrainian national language of that time. Particular scientific attention should be paid to the written sources that are considered to be the evidence of material and spiritual history of Volyn as a part of the Polish-Lithuanian-Russian state. The region preserved the tradition of the Kyivan Rus legal relationship and developed some elements of European systems at the same time. The sixteenth century Volyn charters illustrate all the semantic richness of persons’ nominations, i.e. common names that reflect political, social, property, family and cultural peculiarities observed in the society of that time. A variety of tools used for nomination derivation of the names are morphological methods of word formation, substantivization, using lexical phrases and borrowings.

Floronomen form thematic vocabulary group, which are rich in their connotative means, the level of representation and nomenative variability of designats which are different. The most common plant names are: willow, birch, oak, vines, cypress, laurel. Floronomen presented in the works of Lesia Ukrainka can be divided into several sub-lexicalsemantic groups: trees and shrubs, water, medicines, wild grass and ornamental plants. Most items for these plant designation are found in poetry.
