Назва: Організаційно-економічні засади управління проектами транскордонного співробітництва Автори: Сидорук, Марта Валеріївна Короткий огляд (реферат): У дисертації здійснено теоретичне узагальнення та запропоновано сучасні наукові підходи до виконання актуального науково-практичного завдання, яке полягає в поглибленні теоретико-методичних засад, розробленні напрямів удосконалення організаційно-економічного забезпечення управління проектами транскордонного співробітництва. Охарактеризовано участь України в програмах транскордонного співробітництва. Виявлено пріоритетні сфери допомоги Європейського Союзу для України в межах програм транскордонного співробітництва; їх територіальне охоплення за участю України; обсяги залучення й використання коштів, доступних для України, що надійшли з Європейського Союзу в рамках програм транскордонного співробітництва на період із 2007 до 2013 рр. Здійснено діагностику результатів виконання проектів транскордонного співробітництва в регіоні із застосуванням нового методичного підходу, який ґрунтується на використанні економетричної моделі оцінки впливу інвестицій, залучених у межах проектів транскордонного співробітництва, на показник економічного розвитку регіону. Розроблено науково-практичні засади вдосконалення організаційно-економічного забезпечення управління проектами транскордонного співробітництва. Запропоновано створити спеціальний поновлювальний фонд як резервний за допомогою акумуляції коштів на засадах публічно-приватного партнерства. The dissertation is dedicated to theoretical generalization and new scientific approaches to the implementation of the actual scientific and practical tasks. It deepens theoretical and methodological principles, develops directions to the improvement of organizational and economic provision of cross-border cooperation projects management. The essence, classification and significance of cross-border cooperation projects are revealed. The definition of the cross-border cooperation project and the cross-border cooperation program are delineated and improved. The conceptual aspects of cross-border cooperation projects management are defined. The existing project management techniques are improved with regard to cross-border cooperation projects. The experience of the European Union in the field of cross-border cooperation projects implementation is analysed with the particular attention to the directions of organizational and economic provision in cross-border cooperation projects management.

Висвітлено внесок учених та громадсько-просвітніх діячів в економічно-просвітній простір західноукраїнського краю. Охарактеризовано інституціональне середовище формування й розвитку економічних знань населення. Досліджено економічні погляди А. Шептицького та його внесок у формування економічних знань і культури господарювання українського населення. Проаналізовано початок формування господарської літератури з практикою публікацій економічних статей у популярних періодичних виданнях та виокремлено основні тематичні напрями публікацій. Висвітлено значимість кооперації не лише для формування економічних знань українського населення, але й прищеплення йому розуміння можливостей забезпечення власного добробуту, орієнтиру на саморозвиток і самореалізацію. Виявлено загальну сутність економічних знань та високу значимість їхньої якості, яка проявляється в інвестиційній, підприємницькій активності, рівні зайнятості населення, ефективності державного управління, зокрема на сучасному етапі національного розвитку. Development features of economic knowledge at Western Ukrainian lands at the period from 1848 till 1939 were analyzed. Main essence of economical knowledge as the main factor of economical growth was determined. The economic growth and economic knowledge development preconditions in Western Ukrainian lands at the period from the beginning of the XIX century are determined. The role of economic knowledge in the system of economic growth factors is analyzed. The efficiency of factors usage – land, labor, capital, entrepreneurial abilities and knowledge is substantiated what made possible to summarize positive and negative changes in each of them. Highlighted the contribution of scientists and public figures, in particular I. Franko, D. Korents, M. Pavlyk, S. Smal-Stotsky and others in the economic and educational space of the Western Ukrainian lands. Giving the significant role in formation of economic knowledge of the population to the cooperative movement, work of the outstanding scholars of the region and practitioners on the organization of economic activity was highlighted. The attention is drawn to the high significance of cooperation not only for the economic knowledge formation of the Ukrainian population, but also for his understanding of the own welfare providing possibilities, as reference point for self-development and realization. The general essence of economic knowledge and high significance of their quality, which is manifested in investment, entrepreneurial activity, level of employment of the population, efficiency of public administration, in particular at the present stage of national development, are revealed.

Проведено діагностику сучасних тенденцій та факторів інноваційного розвитку регіонів України, схарактеризовано форми інноваційної діяльності в них та виконано аналіз інноваційного розвитку єврорегіонів за участю нашої держави. Визначено стратегічні напрями розвитку єврорегіонального співробітництва України в інноваційній сфері в умовах поглиблення європейської інтеграції. Обґрунтовано запровадження організаційно-економічного механізму розвитку форм єврорегіонального інноваційного співробітництва. Розроблено рекомендації щодо створення єврорегіонального інноваційного кластера. The categorical identification of the innovative component in the system of Euroregional cooperation is determined in the dissertation. The key point of this component lies in mutual collaboration of business, science and government. The content and classification of forms of Euroregional cooperation in the innovation sphere has been improved. These forms include the business incubator, technological park, technopolis, Euroregional innovation cluster, R&D center, consultative and analytic agency, venture company, venture fund, outsourcing, crowdsourcing, franchising, etc. Methodological approaches to the analysis of a region’s innovation development are elucidated. They permit building a system of indicators for the innovation development of a Euroregion.The concept of creating a Euroregional innovation cluster on the basis of Euroregion Bug is in synergetic action of business, science and government influence on social and economic development of the region.

Автори: Легошина, Олена Леонідівна Короткий огляд (реферат): Основним напрямом дослідження є здійснення комплексного історико-економічного аналізу процесу становлення і розвитку кооперативних організацій споживачів у країнах Європи в період другої половини ХІХ – початку ХХІ століття та розробка науково-практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності функціонування кооперативного сектору на вітчизняному ринку споживчих товарів і послуг. Розглянуто та визначено економічну сутність і функціональні особливості кооперативів споживачів. Проведено історико-економічний аналіз, систематизацію праць західних економістів другої половини ХІХ – початку ХХ століття та ідентифіковано історичні періоди становлення і розвитку кооперативів споживачів.Охарактеризовано сучасні тенденції розвитку кооперативних організацій споживачів у країнах Європи. In this thesis the essence of economical nature of cooperative organizations of consumers is disclosed. It is found out that the term “cooperative organization of consumers” doesn’t have a single meaning. The proposal to look at it both in the narrow and broadest sense of the word was driven by this fact. In the narrow sense of the word the notion “cooperative organization of consumers” is worth being looked at as a cooperative organization which serves to provide members-owners with consumer goods, by means of bulk purchases or by means of own production. In the widest sense of the word the term should be looked at as cooperative organization which provides members – consumers with any necessary service (in some cases several services, depending on its’ tasks). Based on the existing definitions there was generalized scientific definition of the term “cooperative organizations of consumers” created, when you look at them as at non-profit economic organizations, which meet international cooperative principles and have the satisfaction of most diverse consumer needs of members-owners as a target. The analysis of proceedings of the representatives of Ukrainian and foreign cooperative view as well as analysis of publications in cooperative periodicals of the second half of 19th – beginning of 21st century, regarding the problems of genesis and development of cooperative organizations of consumers is done. As a result of analysis of financial mechanism of functioning of the Rochdel model of the consumer goods society, the sources of its’ income generation were identified: reimbursement of costs for the purchase of goods by its’ members and the organization of cooperative trade, overpayment by members while buying goods at an average market price (was subject to partial return after the end of the financial year) as well as receipts from non-members of the cooperative when they purchase goods. The conclusion about the importance of the introduction in Ukrainian practice of non-financial cooperative organizations of consumers, which are effective in the European Union countries was made.
