Mateiko, T. Nikolayeva, L. Bulhakova, L. Ponomar). This researches formulated the basic typological features of underwear clothes, isolated the attributive features of women’s shirts of Volyn and Western Polissia:materials for making clothes (flax and hemp linen, special fabric); the design features of state, the brachial part, axillary, collars, sleeves and cuffs of shirts;the features of shirts’ decorating, methods, techniques, ornamental motifs, coloristics, placement of ornamental compositions.

The changes, that took place in this direction of the museum activities, are characterized. Among them there is the reexposition work in the already existing museums with the newest historical and regional ethnography investigations taken into consideration, the working out of the expositions of the new departments of Volyn Local History Museum and some public museums according to the modern approaches; the exposition presentation in the Internet. The author highlights the major classification systems adopted in archaeological schools in different countries. The main types of monuments of XVI-XVIII centuries, which are found in Volyn oblast were listed and was carried an attempt of their classification. Considering that the history of early modern period remained a significant number of written sources which often contain information about the purpose and nature of monuments, it was chosen functional classification for systematization.

Проаналізовано позицію урядів Т. Блера та Г. Брауна щодо розвитку СЗППБ ЄС у контексті трансформацій європейської політики Великої Британії в зазначений період.The article presents results of research the UK’s participation in reforming the CFSP of the EU on the stage of development and adoption the Lisbon Treaty (2006-2009). Position of the governments of T. Blair and G. Brown regarding development of the CFSP is analyzed. Main novelties of the Treaty, formation of which is directly influenced by the country’s leadership are shown. The author came to the conclusion that in this period Britain authorities departed from the strategy of leadership in Europe.
